We have been delivering professional services for Mercury as a subcontractor since 1998.
In 2002, we became a Mercury Gold Solutions Partner
and expanded to deliver solutions across the full suite of Business Technology Optimization (BTO).
Adeptis believes that most companies fall far short of what is possible with today's tools
and that the problems originate with staffing and organizational issues.
This leads to a host of secondary problems, including failure to properly incorporate performance and availability management into the
software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Steve Nevins is a founder and principal of Adeptis.
He has a strong track record designing and developing large-scale software systems across a variety of industries,
including financial services, manufacturing, health-care, retail, and gaming.
He has deep experience as a systems architect, lead designer and development manager,
and has utilized n-tier and object-oriented architectures since the early 80's.
Steve has particular strengths in on-line transaction processing, distributed fault-tolerant systems,
rules-based systems, real-time back-office and accounting systems,
large-scale databases, and performance analysis of high-volume systems.
Jack O’Neil is a founder and principal of Adeptis.
He has over 30 years industry experience and has served as a Vice President in three publicly held companies,
in both engineering and marketing roles.
Mr. O’Neil started his career as a software engineering consultant and brings a deep understanding of technology and service excellence to Adeptis.
